#8: A collection to last a lifetime
I know I've posted about this before, but Thomas has been collecting beavers since he was about eight. That's twenty-two years of collecting, folks. Some people may have been deterred by the other connotations of beaver, but not Thomas! If that's not persistence, then I don't know what is. I think every room in our house has at least one beaver, if not more. There are puppets, stuffed ones, ceramic ones, beanie babies, books about beavers, and more. Here's to twenty-two more years of collecting these furry little engineers!
